“No man knows till he has suffered from the night how sweet and dear to his heart and eye the morning can be.” – Bram Stoker
My favorite line from the greatest vampire novel ever written is that line from Dracula. It says so much about the journey that anyone who would do battle with the undead must endure. To watch friends and family die. To lose the world that you took for granted. To find love only to discover that this love comes with a terrible price.

The concept behind this story was that the world needed an Anime with an American feel to it. I wanted to do something with a defined beginning middle and end. I wanted to know what was going inside of the heads of the characters I knew and loved. I can promise that this story will touch base with almost every type of anime. I can promise you a story where no character is what they appear at first. When I began this story in the fall of 2014 I had one idea of where it should go. I have grown a lot as a writer since then. I did not have a clearly defined villain back them, but now as the legendary wrestling commentator Jim Ross would exclaim “God all mighty, I got one now.”
Don’t ask Alice anything especially when she is ten feet tall.
To incorporate this villain and the change in tone of the story I have rebooted the first two episodes and added a new opening episode numbered zero and feature the characters Zero who of course is numbered 0 and an updated version of number 8 now named Thetis, the assasin.
This is a written series of stories because I am the worst artist in the history of the world. I can write my ass off, but drawing is just beyond me.
Three years ago I only had my imagination to make up for this, but now I have a few artist who have been willing to illustrate the characters featured in the first episodes of the series. It cost money to get this art done so you can help me by Pinning the illustrations. Buying the episode collections and tell others about the series.
The music played here is Icon’s for Hire(Rock and Roll Thug). If this was ever a real Anime series then one of their songs would have to be the theme.
What is there left to cover?
Why a vampire series?
Well my favorite film of all time is Fright Night, 1985. I love Vampire Hunter D and Helsing and Blood C.
My favorite anime maybe SteinsGate and you will find echoes of that throughout Bitter Waters Suite. You will also find a whisper of Stephen King’s The Stand and The Dark Tower in the way I will craft this tale. Like Stephen King I know as I begin to tell it where it has to end and how it will end.
A few words about this site.
Each major character will have their own page. As their stories are told I will update information from time to time. How they are illustrated will change from season to season and I promise that every major character will have their own stand alone stories. Not all twenty two of those born at the institute will have a story to tell, Some of the stories will focus of the S class vampires and those who serve them.
Thank you for visiting my website and I hope to spend a number of years to come discussing these characters with you.
